The tower design for both new buildings express two distinct exterior wall systems. The exterior wall system that wraps three sides of each building is a precast concrete beam and column frame with a two-story curtainwall infill panel. The precast concrete is a warm gray color, which is sharply offset by the custom painted aluminum window frame and gray glass of the curtainwall panel. The precast concrete contains a blending of warm stone and deep rich aggregates that help express the fine detail and timeless quality of the simple, yet sophisticated architectural palette. The bold and pronounced expression of the precast concrete frame emulates the actual structural moment frame, which is a significant part of the building structure. At the street and plaza level, the precast concrete frame contains a stone surround increasing the level of quality and detail in the exterior building materials at the pedestrian level. The other distinct exterior wall system is the curtainwall skin that wraps the fourth side of each building. The curtain wall is also made of the same contrasting custom painted aluminum and gray glass with a glass spandrel panel designed to closely approximate the gray tint of the transparent glass. The curtainwall skin is setback from the adjacent wall system to reinforce the strength and boldness of the precast concrete frame.
