Originating as a small construction company in 1911, Bentall Capital is today the largest Canadian-based real estate advisory and services organization, with over $XX billion in assets under management. Privately owned by senior management, SITQ and bcIMC, Bentall Capital is engaged across the spectrum of commercial real estate throughout Canada and in the northeast US. Our comprehensive coast-to-coast capability is supported by more than 1,100 employees at offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Seattle.
Bentall’s two complementary lines of business – real estate investment management and real estate services – are fully integrated. Our asset management specialists work hand-in-hand with our property management, leasing and development groups to actively manage the assets entrusted to our stewardship.
Our North American services platform is extended through our ownership interest in two leading US-based companies. Bentall Real Estate Services provides tenant-focused management and leasing of first-class office and industrial properties in Canada and the US, and industry-leading expertise in development, construction and refurbishment of office and industrial buildings.
Bentall Retail Services provides specialized investment, repositioning, redevelopment, leasing and property management services for shopping centres throughout Canada.
