Leasing
Bentall has a long-standing track record for attracting and retaining high quality tenants. Our dedicated leasing teams work closely with property managers, building owners and tenants to manage all aspects of vacant space and renewal leasing, new tenant coordination and lease administration. With in-house, real time knowledge of all major Canadian markets,
we are able to instantly identify and respond to emerging opportunities.
Bentall's leadership is soundly supported by streamlined processes for all facets of our leasing operations. In a typical year, our team of more than 40 leasing professionals will complete approximately 950 lease transactions, totaling more than 8.3 million square feet.
Property Management
Our property management capabilities are comprehensive, encompassing tenant service and retention programs, revenue enhancement, cost control, preventative maintenance, security and life safety, risk and environmental management, full-service accounting, reporting and banking, and management of capital programs. Implementation of innovative tenant service initiatives, national purchasing programs and organization-wide best practices are supported by our dedicated national real estate services team.
Development
Bentall has a long history of developing quality buildings of lasting value.
Since 2003, we have developed more than 58 million square feet of real estate valued in excess of $940 million. All projects were substantially completed on time and on budget.
Our development expertise encompasses high-rise office towers, business parks, and mixed-use properties and industrial warehouse facilities. Services are offered individually or as an integrated package, ranging from initial development assessment through feasibility and financial analysis, to all aspects of development and construction management.
